How the tracker works
Anyone with a verified RMR account can report what they heard from a program: an interview invite, a waitlist or a rejection. Reports appear right away. One report this season unlocks the full season history.
Context such as degree, Step 2 CK, research and signal is optional and shown in bands. Reports are self-reported and unverified, and they are a sample: a program with no reports may still be sending invites. Anyone can flag a report, and reports several people flag are hidden until reviewed.
