A few helpful answers.

Get to know your residency workspace.

Will RMR always be free?

Always free for medical students and residents. No subscriptions, paid tiers, or trial periods. Your account and RMR tools are included. RMR, a salaryDr company, may earn commissions from disclosed referral partnerships such as Juno. These help support RMR. You never need to use a partner service to use RMR.

Our always-free promise

Can I bring a list I already built?

Yes. Import your own spreadsheet as a CSV and preview the program matches before saving. RMR helps you review requirements, compare life and budget assumptions, and prepare a brief for your advisor. You can keep using your other research tools.

Does RMR submit my ERAS application?

No. RMR helps you prepare, organize, and export drafts. Submit your application through the service your program requires. Register for the Match separately, and enter and certify your rank list in the official matching system.

Where do program details come from?

Detailed profiles link facts to their sources and show when those sources were checked. Missing or outdated information stays labeled. A directory listing alone does not establish eligibility, current accreditation, or complete national coverage.

Does RMR publish residency program reviews?

No. RMR does not publish public reviews, star ratings, or crowd-voted rankings. You can compare published facts and keep your own interview impressions in private notes.

Compare programs thoughtfully

Can someone see my notes or rank list?

Your workspace is private. Sharing an advisor brief is optional: you select what to include, set an expiry, and can revoke its link. Anyone with an active link can view the shared brief, so send it only to people you trust.

How does RMR help with student loans?

The financial-aid tools estimate a medical-school funding gap and compare fixed-rate repayment scenarios. RMR, a salaryDr company, may earn a commission through its Juno referral link. The tools are free to use whether or not you use Juno.

RMR is independent of AAMC, ACGME, NRMP, and individual residency programs.
