Your decisions and official submissions.
Verify requirements, fees, dates, accreditation, and program tracks with their official sources. RMR may contain incomplete or outdated directory records. It does not guarantee eligibility, interviews, or a Match result. Planning calculations are estimates based on your inputs.
RMR does not submit applications, assign official signals, register you for a Match, or enter or certify official rank lists. Complete those steps through the appropriate official service.
Your account and workspace.
Use an email address you control. Keep access to your email account secure. Save only information you have the right to use. Do not upload patient information, confidential third-party documents, unlawful material, or malicious content. We do not offer public reviews or user-posted allegations about programs or people.
Applicant contributions.
Contribute only your own truthful application events. Do not submit someone else’s outcomes, fabricate activity, create duplicate accounts to influence statistics, or upload private correspondence. Explicit contribution consent permits RMR to store and review the submitted facts and include them in grouped public summaries. You retain the ability to correct or withdraw a report. RMR may withhold or remove reports for quality or privacy reasons. Summaries are incomplete self-reports; they are not a census, an applicant ranking, or a prediction.
Availability and your backup.
Features may change, and outages can occur. Keep an exported copy of important plans. Email reminders are a convenience and cannot guarantee that you will meet a deadline. Use the official calendar and systems as the source of truth.
Names and sources.
Institution names and logos identify the relevant organizations; they do not imply endorsement. RMR is not affiliated with AAMC, ACGME, NRMP, or the listed programs.
