Curriculum & Education
Overview
Residency includes hands-on experience, with opportunities for research and rotations in various specialties, tailored to foster comprehensive education in orthopaedics.
Application
The deadline for receipt of applications for 2025-2026 will be September 25, 2024. All application materials should be submitted through ERAS. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted. Interviews will be held on December 14, 2024, and January 11, 2025.

Fellowship
UNC Orthopaedics offers multiple fellowship opportunities, including the Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship, Foot and Ankle Fellowship, and Duke-UNC Orthopaedic Pediatric Surgery Fellowship. Recent graduates have pursued these fellowships, bolstering their subspecialty training.
