In addition to our traditional 3-year categorical Emergency Medicine Program, UMEM offers both a 5-year combined Emergency Medicine/Internal Medicine Program (with the possibility to extend to a 6th year to include Critical Care training) and a 5-year combined Emergency Medicine/Pediatric Program.
