Curriculum & Education
Overview
The residency program is a four-year categorical program that involves extensive hands-on training, with residents spending the majority of their CA1 year at the University of Illinois Hospital.
Application
The application process begins in October and ends in December. All applications are reviewed by the residency selection committee. Applications are accepted ONLY through ERAS. Interviews are conducted on Saturdays with both morning and afternoon sessions. There will be a virtual meet & greet prior to interviews. Candidates interview with three faculty members and one with residents. Contact them if there are conflicts but scheduling is best handled through ERAS directly.
