Curriculum & Education

Overview

Residents rotate at Temecula Valley Hospital, Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital and Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital, three facilities recognized for quality of care and patient safety. Emergency Medicine Residents will also rotate in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego.

Application

Residents can apply through the ERAS online application system. The application deadline is typically around mid-November. Additional requirements include a personal statement, letters of recommendation, and transcripts. Interview dates usually take place in December and January, with interview notifications sent in early December.

Fellowship

The residency program offers a wide range of fellowship opportunities, with various specialties available post-residency.
