The students, residents, and fellows learn from our internationally acclaimed faculty and gain experience with a wide array of patient cases. Our respected faculty are also active researchers, with over 100 publications in 2020. There are numerous research opportunities within the department, including clinical trials. In one current study, the department is one of only two medical centers in the country currently using stem cells to treat spinal cord injuries.
