Overview
The Sunrise Health Graduate Medical Education Consortium’s Obstetrics & Gynecology Resident Training Program is part of the growing national HCA Healthcare Graduate Medical Education Program and affiliated with the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. The OBGYN program is based at MountainView Hospital, a community hospital program providing healthcare to a diverse and expanding population in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our goal is to train the next generation of obstetrician-gynecologists to meet the changing demands of medicine in the 21st century, to become outstanding clinician-surgeons who practice humanistic medicine and are prepared to enter careers in private, public or academic organizations.
Application
Applications will only be accepted through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service) from the AAMC (American Association of Medical Colleges) and participate in the NRMP (National Resident Match Program). Applications open on September 15th each year. Interview invitations will be sent for qualified applicants during November and December interviews which occurs on Friday mornings. All correspondence will be sent via e-mail.
