Curriculum & Education

Overview

Our residency program consists of 4 years of clinical experience including evenly distributed rotations in obstetrics and gynecology plus additional rotations in maternal fetal medicine, gynecological oncology, female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery (urogynecology), and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. It meets or exceeds all ACGME requirements and prepares residents for board certification.

Residents will work primarily at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital, which includes a Level III NICU, serving as a clinical site for the Nova Southeastern University, Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Allopathic Medicine, thereby gaining experience managing high-risk pregnancies while also educating future physicians.
