Curriculum & Education

PGY-1 residents spend much of the year at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, following ABOS requirements, they spend six months rotating in orthopedic surgery, three months in the Department of Surgery, and three months in other specialties. In the following four years, resident training is entirely in orthopedic surgery.
