Required ERAS documents include: ERAS application and photograph, curriculum vitae, personal statement, three letters of recommendation, transcript copy, Dean's letter, medical school diploma, USMLE transcripts, and ECFMG Status Report if applicable. The application deadlines for interviews are in October, November, December, and January.
