Curriculum & Education

Overview

The residency program offers a well-defined curriculum that adheres to the ACGME guidelines, focusing on patient care, medical knowledge, practice-based learning and improvement, interpersonal skills, professionalism, and systems-based practice.

Application

Candidates for the Internal Medicine and Medicine-Pediatrics Programs must apply through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Required documents include ERAS common application form, USMLE Step I/COMLEX Level I transcript, medical school transcript, personal statement, Dean's Letter, and 3 letters of recommendation (including one from the Medicine Clerkship Director).
