Summary of Residency Program
The Orlando Dermatology Residency Program is a three-year ACGME-accredited program located in Central Florida. It focuses on training in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Curriculum & Education
Overview
The program focuses on preparing physicians with a passion for Dermatology, encompassing an array of faculty and fields of dermatology, including generalized dermatology, surgical dermatology, and cosmetic dermatology. Group teachings, monthly boot camps, and one-on-one rotations are included.
Application
The KCU-GMEC/ADCS Orlando Program is a 3-year program accredited by ACGME. To enter the program, candidates must have passed USMLE Steps 1, 2, and 3 (or COMLEX-USA Levels 1, 2, and 3) and completed 1 year of graduate medical training (PGY-1).

Fellowship
The residency program provides opportunities for graduates to specialize in various fields including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Graduates may pursue fellowships in dermatology and related sub-specialties, including pediatric dermatology and Mohs surgery, often under the guidance of affiliated faculty and institutions such as the Orlando VA Medical Center and AdventHealth Orlando.
