Residents at Inspira have numerous opportunities to socialize and build strong bonds with each other. The camaraderie among residents begins during a month-long orientation and is further solidified at an annual welcome reception. Outside the hospital, residents often engage in shared outdoor activities or spend time with friends and colleagues.
