PGY-1 Salary
The PGY-1 salary is $__71,000__ per year. Residents are also eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement benefits.
Vacation
PGY-1 residents are allocated __4 weeks__ of paid vacation annually. Unused vacation days can be carried over to the next year, subject to approval. Requests for time off require adequate notice, especially during busy clinical rotations.
